Hello, I'm Dorothea Shields

For more than two decades I’ve served as a Bible teacher, speaker, and discipler of women.

 

I spent fourteen years in inner-city missions, walking closely with women facing real battles and real transformation. Those years shaped how I teach, how I mentor, and how I help women recognize and remove the hidden barriers that keep them from walking confidently in their God-given assignments.

Today I serve Christian women who want to deepen their spiritual maturity and lead well in the places God has positioned them.

 

Many are business or entrepreneurial women navigating influence, responsibility, and calling. Others are simply hungry for a richer relationship with God and a clearer sense of direction. What they all share is a desire for depth, clarity, and alignment with His will.

I help women uncover mindset blocks from a biblical framework, develop a stronger inner life with God, and grow into the women their God-given dreams require.

 

My approach is both practical and deeply rooted in Scripture. I teach women to build from the inside out so their lives, leadership, and relationships stand on a steady foundation.

My heart is simple. I want to help you walk closely with Jesus, hear His voice with confidence, and step forward with spiritual strength into the purpose He has prepared for you.
